vipphp reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

vipphp is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. As part of our KYC procedures, we may require you to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary by vipphp.
vipphp accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as made available on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). vipphp does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Deposits are credited to your vipphp account upon confirmation of receipt by the Platform. vipphp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network issues beyond our reasonable control.
Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. vipphp reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits as published on the Platform.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the vipphp account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. vipphp reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
Any disputes regarding transactions must be raised with vipphp customer support within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. vipphp will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. Decisions made by vipphp following a good-faith investigation shall be final and binding.
All games available on the vipphp Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
vipphp is committed to providing fair and transparent gaming outcomes. Game results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live draw mechanics, as applicable to each game type. vipphp does not manipulate game outcomes in favor of the Platform or any individual player.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, vipphp reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return applicable stakes to the player's account. vipphp's decision in respect of any technical dispute shall be final.

vipphp may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. vipphp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vipphp Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:
All content on the vipphp Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of vipphp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vipphp Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of vipphp.
The vipphp name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of vipphp. You may not use any vipphp trademark, trade name, or trade dress without our prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vipphp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
vipphp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vipphp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The vipphp Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. vipphp does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

You may close your vipphp account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the vipphp Platform shall first be submitted to vipphp customer support for good-faith resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
vipphp reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the vipphp Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
